Vespucci, Firenze e le Americhe

Il volume si articola in due parti: la prima dedicata a Vespucci e ai viaggiatori della prima Età moderna, la seconda al rapporto privilegiato che, dall’Ottocento in avanti, ha legato l’America, particolarmente gli Stati Uniti, a Firenze. Al volume è allegato un CD-Rom, a cura di Luciano Formisano, contenente il Codice Alberico dell’umanista veneziano Alessandro Zorzi che riuni-sce relazioni e lettere, manoscritte e a stampa, di interesse geografico.  The volume is divided in two parts: the first is dedicated to Vespucci and other voyagers of the early Modern era, the second to the fortunate relationship between the United States and the rest of America, and Florence, from the XIXth century forward.
